Our Alpha stainless series is offered with robust stainless steel fixed and swivel housings. This series features two specialised heat-resistant wheel options. The first pairs a durable aluminium wheel body with a high-performance silicone rubber tread, capable of withstanding temperatures of up to 250 °C. This option offers excellent shock absorption and rolling comfort, making it ideal where vibration damping is essential. The second option is also rated for continuous use at up to 250 °C and is constructed entirely from heat-resistant thermoset plastic, both for the wheel body and tread. This variant excels in environments requiring outstanding wear resistance, delivering long service life even under demanding thermal conditions.For maximum flexibility, the Alpha Stainless castors can be configured with either a plate fitting or a bolt hole fitting, allowing seamless integration into a wide range of equipment designs.
