The Zeta swivel castor with directional lock features a medium rectangular plate fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing is constructed from steel sheet, very heavy grade material, incorporating two ball races, reinforced or stainless swivel bearing system for enhanced durability and smooth operation. The wheel comprises an aluminium body fitted with an elastic tyre, non-marking, vulcanised tread material, supported by precision ball bearing for optimal performance and longevity. With a wheel diameter of 200 mm, the castor provides an overall height of 240 mm. Load capacity specifications include dynamic ratings of 450 kg at 4 km/h and 360 kg at 6 km/h operating speeds, whilst offering a static load capacity of 900 kg. This robust castor is specifically designed for demanding applications including airport equipment, automotive OEM, production and platform trolleys, and transport equipment where reliability and performance are paramount.
