The Zeta swivel castor with directional lock features a medium rectangular plate fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing is constructed from steel sheet, very heavy grade material and incorporates two ball races, reinforced or stainless swivel bearing system for enhanced durability and smooth operation. The wheel assembly comprises an aluminium body with polyurethane, casted tread material and precision ball bearing for optimal performance, measuring 125mm in diameter. The castor has an overall height of 164mm, making it suitable for various industrial applications. Load capacity specifications include dynamic loads of 500kg at 4km/h and 400kg at 6km/h operating speeds, with a static load capacity of 1000kg. This robust castor is designed for demanding applications including airport equipment, automotive OEM, production and platform trolleys, and transport equipment where reliable mobility and directional control are essential.
