The ICS swivel castor with total lock features a rectangular plate fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing is constructed from durable polyamide material and incorporates a stem, swivelling bearing system for smooth directional movement. The wheel assembly comprises a polyamide, electric conductive body fitted with polyurethane, injected, electric-conductive tread material, ensuring reliable electrical conductivity whilst maintaining excellent rolling performance. The wheel is equipped with precision ball bearing, sealed for enhanced durability and reduced maintenance requirements. With a wheel diameter of 125 mm, the castor achieves an overall height of 166 mm. Load specifications include a dynamic capacity of 100 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h and a static load capacity of 200 kg, making it particularly suitable for care beds and similar healthcare applications requiring mobility and stability.
