The Integral twin torsion swivel castor with central total lock has a steel sheet housing (heavy) and a stem with cam hole suitable for fitting to profile bars (short version). The precision ball bearing swivel bearing allows a smooth 360 degree rotation. The wheel has a precision ball bearing and is made of stainless steel with a diameter of 125 mm. The tread is made of washable polyurethane that is injected for durability. With an overall height of 150 mm, this castor has a load capacity of 125 kg at 3 km/h and a static load capacity of 375 kg. To ensure proper sealing for use on washable hospital beds, the fitting area must be sealed by the hospital bed manufacturer during installation. This heavy duty swivel castor provides easy maneuverability and a totally locked stationary position for safe patient transport and care.
