The Alpha stainless is a swivel castor with total lock featuring a medium rectangular plate fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing is constructed from stainless steel, heavy grade material and incorporates two ball races for the swivel bearing mechanism, ensuring smooth directional movement and robust performance. The wheel comprises a polyamide body fitted with an elastic tyre, non-marking, vulcanised tread material, mounted on roller bearing, stainless for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance. With a wheel diameter of 160 mm, the castor has an overall height of 200 mm. Load specifications include a dynamic capacity of 300 kg at 4 km/h operating speed and a static load capacity of 600 kg, making it suitable for catering carts & meal delivery systems, container construction, electronic systems, clean-room technology, fire fighting technology, fire protection, machine construction, and transport equipment applications.
