The Agila twin is a swivel castor with total lock designed for professional applications requiring secure positioning and mobility control. The castor features a bolt hole fitting for straightforward installation into equipment frames. The housing is constructed from medium-grade steel sheet and incorporates two ball races for the swivel bearing mechanism, ensuring smooth directional movement and enhanced durability under regular use. The wheel comprises a sheet steel body fitted with solid rubber, non-marking tread material that protects floor surfaces whilst providing reliable traction, supported by cone ball bearing for efficient rotation. With a wheel diameter of 75mm, the castor has an overall height of 99mm, making it suitable for compact installations. The dynamic load capacity is rated at 100kg at speeds up to 3km/h, whilst the static load capacity reaches 200kg when stationary. This castor is particularly well-suited for care beds, catering carts and meal delivery systems, inflight trolleys, and store fixtures and display applications.
