The Kappa load is a swivel caster with total lock, head end of caster designed for heavy-duty industrial applications. The caster features a rectangular plate fitting for secure mounting to equipment. The housing is constructed from cast iron, or iron forged, heavy material and incorporates a deep-groove ball thrust roller bearing swivel bearing system for smooth operation and durability. The wheel consists of a casting body with polyurethane, casted tread material and precision ball bearing for optimal performance. The caster has an overall height of 10.04 inches and a wheel diameter of 7.87 inches. Load capacity specifications include dynamic loads of 3703.76 lb at 2.49 mph and 3086.47 lb at 3.73 mph, with a static load capacity of 7407.52 lb, making it suitable for aerospace industry airport equipment, AMR systems, automotive OEM, ceramic and glass manufacturers, production and platform trolleys, and heavy AGV systems.
