The Aviana is a swivel caster with central, total lock designed for demanding industrial applications. The fitting features a stem with cam hole for profile bars, short version, providing secure attachment to equipment frames. The housing is constructed from durable polyamide material and incorporates two ball races for the swivel bearing mechanism, ensuring smooth rotation and long service life. The wheel consists of a polypropylene body with solid rubber, non-marking tread material and precision ball bearing for optimal performance and floor protection. The caster measures 4.11 inches in overall height with a wheel diameter of 2.95 inches. Load specifications include a dynamic capacity of 220.46 lb at speeds up to 1.86 mph and a static load capacity of 440.92 lb, making it ideal for inflight trolleys and similar mobile equipment applications.
