The Kappa flex swivel caster features a rectangular plate fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing is constructed from cast iron, or iron forged, heavy material and incorporates a deep-groove ball thrust roller bearing swivel mechanism for smooth directional changes. The wheel assembly consists of an aluminum body with polyurethane, casted tread material and precision ball bearing for optimal performance and durability. The wheel diameter measures 6.3 inches with an overall height of 8.66 inches. Load capacity specifications include dynamic ratings of 992.08 lb at 2.5 mph and 661.39 lb at 3.7 mph, with a static load capacity of 1984.16 lb.
