The Kappa load swivel caster features a rectangular plate fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing is constructed from cast iron, or iron forged, heavy material and incorporates a deep-groove ball thrust roller bearing swivel mechanism for smooth directional changes under heavy loads. The wheel assembly consists of a polyamide, super heavy body with tread material identical with wheel body, mounted on precision ball bearings for optimal rolling performance. The wheel diameter measures 11.81 inches with an overall height of 13.98 inches. Load specifications include a dynamic capacity of 4409.24 lb at speeds of 2.49 mph and 3.73 mph respectively, while the static load capacity reaches 8818.48 lb.
