The housing is constructed from medium steel sheet and incorporates a two ball races swivel bearing system for smooth directional changes. The wheel consists of a sheet steel body with solid rubber, black, electric-conductive tread material and utilizes a cone ball bearing for reliable rotation. With a wheel diameter of 1.97 inches, the caster has an overall height of 2.72 inches. Load specifications include a dynamic capacity of 88.18 lb at speeds up to 1.86 mph and a static load capacity of 176.37 lb.
