The Novatech wheel is a precision castor wheel engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring an 85 mm diameter with an 80 mm polyurethane casted tread and an 85 mm hub length. The wheel is constructed from steel and iron, incorporating a sealed precision ball bearing for reliable operation. It accommodates a 12 mm axle hole diameter and is designed to support a static load capacity of 1600 kg, with a dynamic load capacity of 800 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h. This wheel is suitable for use across diverse sectors including airport equipment, automated material handling systems, automotive original equipment manufacturing, ceramic and glass production facilities, container construction, fire protection technology, forklift trucks, automated guided vehicle systems, machine construction, post logistic operations, production and platform trolleys, and general transport equipment.
