The Novatech wheel is a precision castor wheel engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring a robust steel and iron body with a 82 mm diameter and a tread width of 70 mm. The wheel is constructed with a cast polyurethane tread that provides excellent durability and floor protection across diverse environments including airport equipment, AMR systems, automated shuttle systems, automotive OEM operations, ceramic and glass manufacturing, container construction, fire fighting technology, forklift trucks, AGV systems, machine construction, post logistic systems, production and platform trolleys, and transport equipment. The hub measures 75 mm in length, whilst the axle incorporates a 17 mm hole diameter for secure mounting. The wheel is equipped with a sealed precision ball bearing to ensure smooth, reliable operation. Load capacity specifications indicate a static load rating of 1400 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 700 kg at 3 km/h, making this wheel suitable for both stationary and mobile castor applications requiring substantial load-bearing capability.
