The Novatech wheel is a precision-engineered castor component featuring an 80 mm diameter with a 25 mm wide tread manufactured from PUR casted premium material, designed to deliver superior performance across diverse industrial applications including airport equipment, AMR systems, automated shuttle systems, automotive OEM, ceramic and glass manufacturers, container construction, fire fighting technology, forklift trucks, AGV systems, machine construction, post logistic systems, production and platform trolleys, and transport equipment. The wheel incorporates a steel and iron body with a precision ball bearing (RS/2RS) configuration, whilst the hub measures 12 mm in length and accommodates a 25 mm axle hole diameter. Load capacity specifications include a static rating of 320 kg, complemented by dynamic load ratings of 130 kg at 6 km/h and 160 kg at 4 km/h, ensuring reliable operation across demanding industrial environments and variable speed applications.
