The Novatech wheel is a precision-engineered castor component designed for demanding industrial applications including airport equipment, AMR systems, automated shuttle systems, automotive OEM, ceramic and glass manufacturers, container construction, fire fighting technology, forklift trucks, AGV systems, machine construction, post logistic systems, production and platform trolleys, and transport equipment. This wheel features an 80 mm diameter with a 20 mm wide polyurethane casted tread that provides excellent grip and durability across diverse operating environments. The steel and iron body is mounted on a precision ball bearing with RS/2RS sealing for reliable performance, whilst the 14 mm hub length and 20 mm axle hole diameter ensure secure and straightforward installation. The wheel demonstrates a static load capacity of 280 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 140 kg at 3 km/h, making it suitable for both stationary support and mobile applications requiring consistent performance under substantial loads.
