The Novatech wheel is a precision-engineered castor component designed for demanding industrial applications, featuring a steel and iron body with a cast polyurethane tread measuring 50 mm in width. With an overall diameter of 75 mm, the wheel incorporates a 50 mm hub length and a 25 mm axle hole diameter, accommodating a precision ball bearing for smooth operation. This wheel demonstrates exceptional load-bearing capabilities, supporting a static load capacity of 1100 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 550 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h, making it suitable for use in airport equipment, AMR systems, automated shuttle systems, automotive OEM applications, ceramic and glass manufacturing, container construction, fire fighting technology, forklift trucks, AGV systems, machine construction, post logistic systems, production and platform trolleys, and various transport equipment.
