The Novatech wheel is a precision-engineered castor wheel designed for demanding industrial applications including airport equipment, AMR systems, automated shuttle systems, automotive OEM, ceramic and glass manufacturers, container construction, fire fighting technology, forklift trucks, AGV systems, machine construction, post logistic systems, production and platform trolleys, and transport equipment. The wheel features a diameter of 250 mm with a polyurethane casted tread measuring 50 mm in width, mounted on a cast iron body and supported by a precision ball bearing for smooth operation. The hub length extends 62 mm, whilst the axle accommodates a hole diameter of 25 mm for secure mounting. This wheel delivers exceptional load-bearing capabilities, with a static load capacity of 2880 kg, and dynamic load capacities of 1200 kg at 6 km/h or 1440 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for both stationary and mobile applications requiring reliable performance under substantial loads.
