The Novatech wheel is a precision-engineered castor component manufactured from cast iron with a polyurethane, casted tread measuring 80 mm in width. The wheel features a diameter of 200 mm and is equipped with a precision ball bearing for smooth operation. The hub length extends to 92 mm, whilst the axle hole diameter is specified at 25 mm to accommodate standard mounting configurations. This wheel demonstrates exceptional load-bearing capabilities, with a static load capacity of 3360 kg. The dynamic load capacity varies according to operational speed, supporting 1400 kg at 6 km/h or 1680 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications including airport equipment, automated guided vehicle systems, forklift trucks, machine construction, and production trolleys.
