The Novatech wheel is a precision-engineered castor component designed for demanding industrial applications including airport equipment, AMR systems, automated shuttle systems, automotive OEM, ceramic and glass manufacturing, container construction, fire fighting technology, forklift trucks, AGV systems, machine construction, post logistic systems, production and platform trolleys, and transport equipment. This wheel features a diameter of 125 mm with a tread width of 50 mm manufactured from cast polyurethane, ensuring excellent durability and performance across varied operational environments. The aluminium body provides a lightweight yet robust construction, whilst the precision ball bearing ensures smooth rotation and extended service life. The hub length measures 60 mm, and the axle hole diameter is 20 mm, facilitating straightforward integration into standard castor assemblies. The wheel demonstrates a static load capacity of 800 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 400 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for both stationary and mobile applications requiring reliable performance under substantial loads.
