The Alpha swivel castor is a robust industrial mobility solution engineered for demanding applications across automotive, catering, logistics, and manufacturing sectors. This swivel castor is fitted with a medium rectangular plate, providing secure and versatile mounting options for a wide range of equipment and systems. The housing is constructed from heavy steel sheet, incorporating two ball races within the swivel bearing assembly to ensure smooth, reliable rotation and extended operational life. The wheel features a 200 mm diameter design with a pneumatic tyre incorporating a line profile tread pattern, mounted on a sheet steel body and supported by a roller bearing for optimal load distribution and durability. The overall height of the castor measures 240 mm, making it suitable for integration into various platform and trolley configurations. This castor demonstrates impressive load-bearing capabilities, with a static load capacity of 150 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 75 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h, making it ideal for production and platform trolleys, roll cages, tool cabinets, transport equipment, waste disposal systems, and other industrial applications requiring dependable mobility and stability.
