The housing is constructed from durable polyamide material and incorporates two ball races in the swivel bearing mechanism, ensuring smooth rotational movement and enhanced operational longevity. The wheel assembly comprises a polypropylene body with electric-conductive properties, fitted with a thermoplastic rubber tread that maintains electric conductivity throughout the contact surface. The wheel operates on a plain bearing system and measures 100 mm in diameter. The complete castor unit has an overall height of 139 mm. Load specifications include a dynamic capacity of 100 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h, whilst the static load capacity reaches 200 kg, making it suitable for medium-duty industrial applications requiring electrostatic discharge control.
