The Maxtech wheel is a precision-engineered castor component manufactured from polyamide with a polyurethane injected tread, featuring a roller bearing for smooth operation. This wheel measures 80 mm in diameter with a tread width of 30 mm, a hub length of 44.4 mm, and an axle hole diameter of 12 mm, making it suitable for integration into standard castor assemblies. The wheel demonstrates a static load capacity of 200 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 100 kg at speeds up to 4 km/h, providing reliable performance across demanding applications. The Maxtech wheel is specifically designed for use in airport equipment, automotive original equipment manufacturing, ceramic and glass manufacturing facilities, container construction, machine construction, production and platform trolleys, scaffolding systems, tool cabinets, waste disposal equipment, work benches, and general transport equipment, where durability and consistent load-bearing capability are essential requirements.
