The Duratech wheel is a precision castor component manufactured from heavy-duty polyamide with an 85 mm diameter and a tread width of 90 mm, featuring an identical material composition between the tread and wheel body for enhanced durability and consistent performance. The wheel is equipped with a precision ball bearing and incorporates a 90 mm hub length with a 20 mm axle hole diameter, ensuring reliable integration into standard castor assemblies. This wheel demonstrates a static load capacity of 1600 kg, whilst its dynamic load capacity varies according to operational speed, supporting 800 kg at 4 km/h or 640 kg at 6 km/h, making it suitable for demanding industrial and commercial applications requiring robust load-bearing performance across diverse operational conditions.
