The Novatech Wheel is a precision castor wheel engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring a steel and iron body construction with a 85 mm diameter and a tread width of 110 mm. The wheel is equipped with a precision ball bearing, sealed design, ensuring reliable operation and extended service life. The hub length measures 115 mm, whilst the axle hole diameter is specified at 25 mm for secure mounting compatibility. This wheel demonstrates exceptional load-bearing capabilities, with a static load capacity of 2000 kg, making it suitable for heavy-duty stationary applications. For dynamic operations, the wheel supports a load capacity of 800 kg at speeds up to 6 km/h, or alternatively 1000 kg at reduced speeds of 4 km/h, providing flexibility for various operational requirements. The tread is manufactured from PUR casted premium material, delivering superior wear resistance, durability, and performance across diverse industrial environments and floor surfaces.
