The Novatech wheel is a precision castor component engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring an 85 mm diameter with an 80 mm tread width and an 80 mm hub length. The wheel body is constructed from steel and iron, whilst the tread is manufactured from polyurethane, casted, ensuring durability and reliable performance across varied surfaces. The wheel incorporates a precision ball bearing and is fitted with a 20 mm axle hole diameter for secure mounting. The load capacity specifications are comprehensive: the static load capacity reaches 1600 kg, whilst the dynamic load capacity is rated at 640 kg at 6 km/h or 800 kg at 4 km/h, depending on operational speed requirements. These specifications make the Novatech wheel suitable for heavy-duty castor applications requiring robust construction and substantial load-bearing capability.
