The Duratech wheel is a precision engineered component designed for castor applications, featuring a polyamide heavy body construction with a tread width of 93 mm and an overall diameter of 82 mm. The wheel incorporates a hub length of 95 mm and is fitted with a precision ball bearing, utilising a 20 mm axle hole diameter for secure mounting. The tread material is identical with the wheel body, ensuring consistent performance and durability throughout the component. This wheel demonstrates substantial load-bearing capabilities, with a static load capacity of 1800 kg, whilst the dynamic load capacity reaches 720 kg at 6 km/h or 900 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for demanding industrial and commercial castor applications requiring reliable performance under variable operational conditions.
