The Duratech wheel is a precision engineered component designed for castor applications, featuring a polyamide heavy body construction with a tread width of 70 mm and an overall diameter of 82 mm. The wheel incorporates a hub length of 70 mm and is fitted with a precision ball bearing, utilising a 20 mm axle hole diameter for secure mounting. This wheel demonstrates robust load-bearing capabilities, with a static load capacity of 1500 kg, whilst the dynamic load capacity varies depending on operational speed, reaching 600 kg at 6 km/h or 750 kg at 4 km/h. The tread material is identical with the wheel body, ensuring consistent performance and durability throughout the component's operational life.
