The Duratech wheel is a precision castor component manufactured from heavy-duty polyamide with an 80 mm diameter and a tread width of 70 mm, featuring an identical material composition between the tread and wheel body. The hub measures 76 mm in length with a 20 mm axle hole diameter, accommodating a precision ball bearing for smooth rotation. This wheel demonstrates substantial load-bearing capabilities, with a static load capacity of 1400 kg, whilst the dynamic load capacity reaches 560 kg at 6 km/h or 700 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for demanding industrial castor applications requiring reliable performance across varying operational speeds and load conditions.
