The Duratech wheel is a precision castor component manufactured from heavy-duty polyamide with an 80 mm diameter and a tread width of 60 mm, featuring an identical material composition between the tread and wheel body for enhanced durability and consistent performance. The wheel incorporates a precision ball bearing and is equipped with a 60 mm hub length and a 25 mm axle hole diameter, providing robust structural support for demanding applications. This wheel demonstrates exceptional load-bearing capabilities, with a static load capacity of 1200 kg, whilst the dynamic load capacity reaches 480 kg at 6 km/h or 600 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for both stationary and mobile castor installations requiring reliable performance under substantial loads.
