The Novatech wheel is a precision-engineered castor component featuring an 80 mm diameter with a 20 mm wide tread manufactured from PUR casted premium material, designed to deliver superior performance across diverse industrial applications including airport equipment, AMR systems, automated shuttle systems, automotive OEM, ceramic and glass manufacturing, container construction, fire fighting technology, forklift trucks, AGV systems, machine construction, post logistic systems, production and platform trolleys, and transport equipment. The wheel incorporates a steel and iron body with a precision ball bearing (RS/2RS) configuration, complemented by a 14 mm hub length and a 20 mm axle hole diameter for secure mounting. Load capacity specifications include a static rating of 280 kg, whilst dynamic load ratings reach 110 kg at 6 km/h or 140 kg at 4 km/h, ensuring reliable operation across varying speed and load conditions in demanding industrial environments.
