The Novatech wheel is a precision-engineered castor component manufactured from steel and iron, featuring a polyurethane casted tread with a width of 50 mm. The wheel has an overall diameter of 75 mm and a hub length of 50 mm, with an axle hole diameter of 25 mm to accommodate standard mounting configurations. Equipped with a precision ball bearing for smooth rotation, this wheel delivers a static load capacity of 1100 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 550 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h. The Novatech wheel is specifically designed for demanding industrial applications including airport equipment, AMR systems, automated shuttle systems, automotive OEM, ceramic and glass manufacturers, container construction, fire fighting technology, forklift trucks, AGV systems, machine construction, post logistic systems, production and platform trolleys, and transport equipment.
