The Novatech wheel is a precision castor wheel engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring a 250 mm diameter with a 50 mm wide polyurethane casted tread and a 60 mm hub length. The wheel is constructed from an aluminium body and is equipped with a precision ball bearing, ensuring smooth and reliable operation across diverse environments including airport equipment, AMR systems, automated shuttle systems, automotive OEM applications, ceramic and glass manufacturing, container construction, fire fighting technology, forklift trucks, AGV systems, machine construction, post logistic systems, production and platform trolleys, and transport equipment. The wheel accommodates an axle hole diameter of 20 mm and delivers exceptional load-bearing capabilities with a static load capacity of 1600 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 800 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for heavy-duty industrial and logistics operations.
