The Ultratech plus wheel is a precision castor wheel engineered for demanding industrial applications including airport equipment, AMR systems, automated shuttle systems, automotive OEM, ceramic and glass manufacturers, forklift trucks, production and platform trolleys, and AGV systems. This wheel features a diameter of 200 mm with a tread width of 50 mm, manufactured from Ultratech Polyurethane in a casted construction for superior durability and performance. The aluminium body is paired with a precision ball bearing and accommodates an axle hole diameter of 20 mm, whilst the hub extends 60 mm in length. The wheel demonstrates exceptional load-bearing capabilities with a static load capacity of 1600 kg, and dynamic load capacities of 640 kg at 6 km/h or 800 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for both high-speed and heavy-duty operational requirements across diverse industrial environments.
