The Ultratech Wheel is a precision castor wheel engineered for demanding industrial applications including airport equipment, AMR systems, automated shuttle systems, automotive OEM, ceramic and glass manufacturers, forklift trucks, production and platform trolleys, and AGV systems. This wheel features a 200 mm diameter with a 50 mm wide tread manufactured from Ultratech Polyurethane, casted for superior durability and performance. The aluminium body is paired with a precision ball bearing and incorporates a 60 mm hub length with a 20 mm axle hole diameter. The wheel delivers a static load capacity of 1600 kg, whilst the dynamic load capacity reaches 640 kg at 6 km/h or 800 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for both high-speed and heavy-load applications in industrial environments.
