The Elastech wheel is a precision castor wheel engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring a 160 mm diameter with a 50 mm wide elastic tyre in black vulcanised rubber that provides excellent grip and noise reduction. The wheel body is constructed from heavy sheet steel, ensuring durability and structural integrity, whilst a precision ball bearing facilitates smooth rotation and minimal friction. The hub measures 60 mm in length, and the axle features a 20 mm hole diameter for secure mounting compatibility. This wheel delivers impressive load-bearing capabilities, with a static load capacity of 900 kg for stationary applications, and dynamic load capacities of 450 kg at 6 km/h or 540 kg at 4 km/h for mobile operations, making it suitable for both heavy-duty fixed installations and mobile castor assemblies requiring reliable performance across varied operational speeds.
