The Novatech wheel is a precision castor component engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring a cast iron body with a 160 mm diameter and a 50 mm wide polyurethane casted tread that ensures optimal grip and durability. The wheel incorporates a precision ball bearing mounted within a 60 mm hub length, with a 25 mm axle hole diameter for secure installation on standard castor assemblies. This wheel demonstrates exceptional load-bearing capabilities, supporting a static load capacity of 1500 kg, whilst maintaining dynamic load ratings of 900 kg at 6 km/h and 1100 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for both stationary and mobile applications in warehousing, manufacturing, and material handling environments.
