The Ultratech plus wheel is a precision-engineered castor component manufactured from cast iron with an Ultratech Polyurethane, casted tread measuring 50 mm in width. This wheel features a diameter of 160 mm and is equipped with a precision ball bearing for smooth operation. The hub length extends 160 mm, whilst the axle hole diameter is specified at 20 mm to accommodate standard mounting configurations. The wheel demonstrates a static load capacity of 1600 kg, with dynamic load capacities of 640 kg at 6 km/h and 800 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for demanding applications including airport equipment, AMR systems, automated shuttle systems, automotive OEM operations, ceramic and glass manufacturing, forklift trucks, production and platform trolleys, and AGV systems.
