The Puretech wheel is a precision castor wheel engineered for demanding industrial and commercial applications including scaffolding, shopping trolleys, store fixtures and display systems, tool cabinets, waste disposal equipment, work benches, and transport equipment. This wheel features a diameter of 150 mm with a tread width of 32 mm composed of solid rubber in black with electric-conductive properties for enhanced safety and performance. The wheel body is constructed from zinc die-cast material, ensuring durability and reliability in high-use environments. The hub length measures 35.5 mm, whilst the axle hole diameter is 8.3 mm, accommodating standard castor mounting configurations. The wheel is equipped with a precision ball bearing that is sealed to protect against contamination and extend operational life. The static load capacity reaches 300 kg, whilst the dynamic load capacity is rated at 150 kg when operating at speeds up to 3 km/h, making this wheel suitable for both stationary and mobile applications requiring robust performance and consistent reliability.
