The Novatech wheel is a precision castor wheel engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring a diameter of 150 mm with a tread width of 50 mm constructed from cast polyurethane for optimal durability and performance. The wheel is mounted on an aluminium body with a hub length of 60 mm and incorporates a precision ball bearing for smooth rotation, whilst the axle features a 25 mm hole diameter for secure installation. This wheel demonstrates exceptional load-carrying capabilities, with a static load capacity of 1000 kg, complemented by dynamic load ratings of 400 kg at 6 km/h and 500 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for diverse applications including airport equipment, automated guided vehicle systems, forklift trucks, production trolleys, and various material handling and transport equipment across manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors.
