The Novatech wheel is a precision-engineered castor component featuring a 150 mm diameter with a 50 mm wide polyurethane casted tread, designed for demanding industrial applications. The wheel incorporates an aluminium body with a 60 mm hub length and a 20 mm axle hole diameter, supported by a precision ball bearing for smooth operation. This wheel demonstrates exceptional load-bearing capabilities, with a static load capacity of 1000 kg, whilst maintaining dynamic load capacities of 400 kg at 6 km/h and 500 kg at 4 km/h. The Novatech wheel is ideally suited for use across diverse sectors including airport equipment, AMR systems, automated shuttle systems, automotive OEM applications, ceramic and glass manufacturing, container construction, fire fighting technology, forklift trucks, AGV systems, machine construction, post logistic systems, production and platform trolleys, and general transport equipment, making it a versatile solution for industrial mobility requirements.
