The Novatech wheel is a precision castor component engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring a cast iron body with a polyurethane, casted tread measuring 60 mm in width. The wheel has an overall diameter of 150 mm and is equipped with a precision ball bearing for smooth rotation. The hub length measures 60 mm, whilst the axle hole diameter is 20 mm, ensuring compatibility with standard castor assemblies. This wheel demonstrates exceptional load-bearing capabilities, with a static load capacity of 1600 kg. For dynamic applications, the wheel supports 800 kg at speeds up to 6 km/h or alternatively 960 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for both high-speed and heavy-load operational scenarios in material handling and industrial mobility systems.
