The Novatech wheel is a precision-engineered castor component manufactured from cast iron with a polyurethane, casted tread, designed to deliver reliable performance in demanding industrial applications. The wheel features a diameter of 140 mm with a tread width of 54 mm, whilst the hub length measures 60 mm and the axle hole diameter is 20 mm, accommodating standard castor mounting configurations. Equipped with a precision ball bearing for smooth rotation and minimal friction, this wheel demonstrates exceptional load-bearing capabilities with a static load capacity of 1400 kg. The dynamic load capacity varies according to operational speed, supporting 700 kg at 6 km/h or 840 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for both high-speed and heavy-load applications. The combination of robust cast iron construction and durable polyurethane tread ensures extended service life whilst maintaining consistent performance across diverse industrial environments and floor surfaces.
