The Duratech silent wheel is a precision castor component engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring a robust construction with a diameter of 125 mm and a tread width of 36 mm. The wheel body is manufactured from damping, hybrid material to minimise vibration and noise during operation, whilst the polyamide tread provides excellent wear resistance and durability. The hub measures 44 mm in length, and the wheel is fitted with a roller bearing to ensure smooth, reliable rotation. The axle accommodates a hole diameter of 12 mm for secure mounting to standard castor assemblies. This wheel is rated for a static load capacity of 400 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 200 kg at a speed of 4 km/h, making it suitable for both stationary and mobile applications where controlled movement and load support are essential requirements.
