The Novatech wheel is a precision castor component engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring a steel and iron body with a 100 mm diameter and a 25 mm wide polyurethane tread that provides excellent durability and floor protection. The wheel incorporates a precision ball bearing mounted within a 12 mm hub length, with a 25 mm axle hole diameter for secure installation on standard castor assemblies. This wheel demonstrates exceptional load-bearing capabilities, supporting a static load capacity of 420 kg, whilst maintaining dynamic load ratings of 170 kg at 6 km/h and 210 kg at 4 km/h, making it suitable for both light to medium-duty mobile equipment and heavier applications requiring reduced operational speeds. The cast polyurethane tread material ensures reliable performance across various floor surfaces whilst minimising noise and vibration during operation.
