The Stora is a swivel castor with wheel brake designed for demanding commercial applications including shopping trolleys and store fixtures and display systems. This unit features a bolt hole fitting that enables secure and straightforward installation on compatible equipment. The housing is constructed from medium-grade steel sheet and incorporates two ball races within the swivel bearing assembly, ensuring smooth rotational movement and reliable directional control. The wheel measures 125 mm in diameter and is equipped with a precision ball bearing that facilitates smooth operation under continuous use. The tread material comprises polyurethane injected construction with double flanged tracks, providing excellent grip, durability, and resistance to wear across various floor surfaces. The overall height of the castor assembly is 153 mm, making it suitable for integration into standard trolley and fixture designs. This castor demonstrates a static load capacity of 160 kg, allowing it to support substantial weight when stationary, whilst the dynamic load capacity reaches 80 kg when operating at speeds up to 3 km/h, making it ideal for retail environments where controlled movement and stability are paramount requirements.
