The Zeta swivel castor with directional lock features a medium rectangular plate fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing is constructed from steel sheet, very heavy grade material and incorporates two ball races, reinforced or stainless swivel bearing system for enhanced durability and smooth operation. The 160 mm diameter wheel comprises a polyamide, heavy body material with tread material identical with wheel body, supported by precision ball bearing for optimal performance and longevity. With an overall height of 200 mm, this castor delivers exceptional load handling capabilities including dynamic load capacity of 800 kg at 4 km/h and 640 kg at 6 km/h operating speeds, whilst providing a static load capacity of 1600 kg. The unit is specifically designed for demanding applications including airport equipment, automotive OEM, production and platform trolleys, and transport equipment where reliability and heavy-duty performance are essential requirements.
