The Galea is a swivel castor with directional lock featuring a solid stem, round fitting for secure mounting applications. The housing is manufactured from durable polyamide material and incorporates two ball races in the swivel bearing mechanism to ensure smooth rotational movement and enhanced longevity. The wheel comprises a polypropylene body with electric-conductive properties, fitted with an electric-conductive thermoplastic rubber tread that provides excellent grip and static dissipation characteristics. The wheel operates on a plain bearing system and measures 100 mm in diameter. The castor has an overall height of 139 mm, making it suitable for medium-duty mobile equipment. Load specifications include a dynamic capacity of 100 kg at speeds up to 3 km/h and a static load capacity of 200 kg, ensuring reliable performance across various industrial and commercial applications requiring controlled directional movement.
