The Alpha central is a swivel castor with central, total lock featuring a plate with central locking fitting for secure installation. The housing is constructed from heavy steel sheet and incorporates two ball races for the swivel bearing mechanism, ensuring smooth directional movement and robust durability. The wheel comprises a polyamide body fitted with an elastic tyre that is non-marking and vulcanised, mounted on precision ball bearings that are sealed for maintenance-free operation. With a wheel diameter of 200 mm, the castor has an overall height of 240 mm. The load capacity specifications include dynamic loads of 300 kg at 4 km/h and 250 kg at 6 km/h, whilst the static load capacity reaches 600 kg, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications including automotive OEM, container construction, electronic systems, fire fighting technology, machine construction, logistics systems, production trolleys, roll cages, tool cabinets, waste disposal equipment, work benches, and transport equipment.
