The Forma is a swivel castor with central locking (directional lock, free, wheel lock) designed for precision mobility applications. The castor features a stem with cam hole for profile bars fitting system for secure attachment to profile bar structures. The housing is constructed from zinc-die-casting/aluminium materials and incorporates a precision ball bearing swivel bearing mechanism for smooth directional movement. The wheel assembly consists of a polyamide body fitted with an elastic tyre, non-marking, vulcanised tread material, supported by precision ball bearing for optimal rolling performance. The wheel diameter measures 150mm, whilst the overall height of the complete castor assembly is 177mm. The dynamic load capacity is rated at 135kg at speeds up to 3km/h, making it suitable for demanding applications including anaesthesia carts, C-arms, CT scanners, MRI, X-ray equipment, medication carts, nursing carts, and ultrasound systems.
